I think it is great when a child befriends an elderly person or visa versa. I had a bit of a chuckle...reminds me of Dennis the Menace and Mr. Wilson. (not implying that your child is mr. trouble) just that the picture reminded me of that. ~LOL
When I was a kid, my GrandDaddy would sit on his driveway just like that...there was no place on earth I'd rather have been (or rather be today, for that matter)!
