Chicago Marathon

I'm not a runner (yet) but I have some friends who are running in the Chicago Marathon.

However they aren't just running to run they are supporting a wonderful Christian ministry called Family Empowerment. Please think about supporting them even if you don't know them because they aren't running for themselves but other people. All donations are tax deductible. All money raise goes to the organization too. The marathon is Oct 10th!!! Here is the link to support them. Their names are Valarie and Ken Garrison.
