Monday: Asparagus Soup with sourdough bread
Tuesday: Herbed Lamb Chops with dill-spiced baby carrots
Thursday: Mahi Mahi and brown rice
Saturday: Chicken in Sour Cream
Sunday: leftovers or going out for Valentine's Day but probably the first option!
Lunches are same as always!
Breakfasts: pecan muffins, eggs, pancakes, cereal with rice milk, fruit salad or toast with apple butter and maybe some kind of baked eggs. I think having a list of our breakfast options is better than having them planned out because some nights I didn't have time to pre-make the stuff :)
