We're talking Pink...

Or as GlamorGirl would say PURPLE! We are having a Girl. We're having a GIRL! We're HAVING A GIRL!!! We are all so excited. Now we can start the naming process :) I like unique names so if you have a good uncommon girl name I would love to hear it! The ultrasound yesterday was so funny. We were all there and the lady was measuring the baby to make sure she was growing alright and she was pointing out different body parts to the kids. GG's responses were so funny she pointed out the head with lots of brains and GG says, "It must be a girl!" Then she said this baby is strong can you feel when they kick? GG says, "Well Girls are stronger." She did a 3D picture of the baby's face and she says, "It looks like a girl." I had to agree because I thought the baby's profile looked an awful lot like her big sister! Then she showed the kids how the baby had her foot up by her head which of course, GG said, "Girls are more flexible because I can do that." The lady asked to see and both the older two hopped down to show how they both could put their feet by their head and she told us quietly we were having a girl. J and I wanted to be the ones to tell the kids it was a boy or girl! Once we told them GG started jumping up and down with her hands in the air cheering. It was so cute. The ultrasound lady said she was more excited for her then for us because the whole time she was hoping and talking about a girl. Having a girl is totally an answer to prayer, Thank you Lord for hearing us!

I have a few 3D pictures but I'm not motivated to post them maybe later!

I will have to give some T names some thought, but the first one that comes to mind is Tori. I am sooooo excited for your family. I ran into your mom the other night at Happy JOes. I introduced myself and congrats her on becoming a g-ma again. Now Kevin and Melissa have some catching up to do!!!

I love the name Teagan for a girl, but my hubby and oldest kid hated it, so I didn't get to name the Beast that :( I also like Ania (uh-ny-a). If we have another girl I have no idea what her name will be since we can never agree!!

Kris- Sorry Jeff vetoed the name Aria

Tracey- Thanks we are super excited! I didn't grow up with a sister so I don't really know what I'm in for!

Kena- I really don't want a T name because it is too confusing with the two B names and I'm not going to make that mistake again! So think of other names that don't start with T or B for that matter :)

Flip Flop- I know about 3 kids with the name Teagan so that pretty much excludes that name for me, even though I think it is really cute. But I really like the name Ania...I'll have to run it by hubby.

Corrie- I was excited writing the post! I'll email you.

Aw- I had a feeling that's what you meant when both our titles were pink yesterday!! Congrats to you! I have all boys, so I don't have girl names, and can't think of anything really good right now. Although my friend had a little girl not too long ago named Phoenix and I love that name!

I like the name Ivy. It is regal and somewhat unusual.

I also like:
Kennedy
Anna Grace ( okay that's not unusual...but I like it)
Addison

Just a thought!

Steph- Thanks! I like the name Phoenix too but my hubby already said no. That is the hardest part is getting a name we *both* like!

Tonya- We are trying really hard to get a name but it is proving to be a hard process!

Queen- I really like the name Ivy and it is one that hubby and I have been talking about :) I also like Kennedy but we have way to many K/C names in our extended family!

Sarah- God is totally good. We are going to have girls together! I was watching this new show last night and the mom was told she was having a girl and it came out a boy. We get another ultrasound at 32 weeks to confirm a girl.

OK, NO T,B,K, or C names...... so what about Lily, or River.... that's my girlfriends suggestion for every name of a new baby since she is not able to have any more.... I keep thinking for you.... remember sometimes we just need to meet our children and have them name themselves... you'll know when you see her. What's your mothers maiden name... can you make a rendition of it for her? what about Jeff's mom ... Middle names from your parents? Blended name of your other childrens name.... What did you always name your babies when you were little... Mine were Katie.

Hi I don't know you but I linked from Stephanie's contest winner post. Congratulations on the new baby! I like the name Emerson or Evangeline with the nickname Evan. I guess I like "e" names. :) Well best of luck on the name search!

How about Milcah? It's very unusual, but it comes from the Bible. She was the sister-in-law of Abraham. I think it's quite lovely.
